Klaviyo is looking for an Information Technology specialist to assist with employee onboarding, shipping & receiving, inventory maintenance, overseeing a ticket queue, and documentation of processes for our internal knowledge base. An ideal candidate would possess stellar customer service skills while also being able to balance a range of responsibilities.


What youll be doing

  • Set up and deploy computers to incoming employees in a timely manner
  • Deliver technology training content to groups of 20 or more new and current employees
  • Provide support to both remote and in-office user base
  • Resolve incoming tickets while providing next-level customer service
  • Manage on-site inventory to ensure all computers and peripherals are stocked
  • Be an active participant in collaborative technology and ticketing by eliminating routine procedures through knowledge base documentation
  • Spearhead new learning opportunities for the team and conduct training opportunities on a diverse set of technology you are passionate about
  • Be a team player and contribute to ongoing IT project work and challenging new opportunities as they arise

We'd love to hear from you if you

  • 2+ years experience working in a helpdesk or support environment
  • Experience supporting both Mac and Windows operating systems
  • Some familiarity with MDM and SSO strategy and support
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel and work in our Boston office as required
  • Experience supporting meetings and webinars for Zoom and/or other audio visual services
  • Passionate about learning new technologies and passing that knowledge on to users
  • Comfortable handling frequent freight shipments and moving equipment up to 50lbs
  • Enjoy working on difficult problems and finding impactful solutions
