We are actively hiring a full-time Integration Associate to join our team to create something meaningful that will greatly impact peoples lives. PatientPing receives HL7 data from hospitals, EHRs and HIEs around the country and the Integration Associate will be part of the team managing the operations of our HL7 data infrastructure. This role will primarily be responsible for onboarding new HL7 EHR senders to the PatientPing platform by meeting core business requirements for a healthy integration. In this function, the Associate will need to lead HL7 senders through an integration project, keeping milestones on track and clearly communicating via written and verbal communication with the senders and PatientPing teams on the progress of the project. The ideal candidate will work well in a team, is customer-focused, detail oriented, and will take ownership of customer facing projects.
What You Will Do:
Work closely with customers to ensure on-boarding HL7 integrations meet target deadlines through task resolution in a timely and organized manner
Manage multiple customer HL7 integrations simultaneously, serving as the project manager and building strong relationships with customer resources
Work with new EHRs, building relationships and designing standard integration
Maintain HL7 mappings and administrative updates, working closely with data sources as needed
Effectively communicate project progress to internal and client stakeholders
Work closely with the Engineering team to ensure all of our customer needs are met
Work with ADT senders to resolve customer issues and maintain high quality interfaces
On-board and track standard HL7 integrations
Manage customer inquiries related to integrations
What Success Looks Like:
In 3 months...
Develop solid understanding of PatientPings onboarding process for HL7 Services
Contribute to HL7 data validation, mapping, and testing processes
Take ownership of HL7 Services standardized administrative processes, with an eye on scalability and efficiency improvements
In 6 months...
Work directly with customers and partners through their standard onboarding process, ensuring customer success and referable relationships post-implementation
Contribute to the development and reporting of HL7 Services quality metrics
Work with our product, user success, and customer success teams to fully understand PatientPings landscape and how HL7 Services operates within that landscape
In 12 months...
Operate in a streamlined operational construct youve designed for HL7 Integration Services projects and quality initiatives
Build a strategy and roadmap for our HL7 Services story, ensuring the most sensible tools are utilized and up to date, and keeping to the highest standards of service delivery
Manage complex customer on-boardings with a heavy focus on service and quality outcomes
What You Need:
2-3 years of professional experience, preferably in a technology role
Healthcare experience is preferred
Familiarity with various customer support & software development platforms (HelpScout, Salesforce, & JIRA) is preferred
Hands on experience with Excel formulas is preferred
Willingness to learn HL7 data exchange formats
Ability to self-start project tasks and communicate progress clearly
Ability to understand client perspectives, as well as work effectively with client-facing organizations
Ability to work autonomously on multiple concurrent projects and prioritize appropriately
Experience organizing and delivering on several lines of work with clear communication on progress
