We are looking for an Associate to join our Ambulatory Integration Build team within our Integration Services division. Your job will be to collaborate cross-functionally with both client facing and product development teams to implement and support interface functionality for our ambulatory clients. The Team: The Ambulatory Integration Build Team is responsible for building, maintaining and supporting a variety of integrations for our ambulatory clients. Our team focuses on technical requirements, interface assessments, specification design, build to specification design, testing, documentation and technical support. Daily interaction with technical R+D staff, Product, onboarding and client support teams is ongoing and an essential part of the job. Build and deliver complex, custom Ambulatory interfaces according to design specifications.
Collaborate with other internal stakeholders (including Customer Success Managers, Program Managers, Product and Development) to ensure ambulatory interface engineering engagements and implementations are successful.
Perform active analysis and QA Testing to identify defects and/or critical workflow gaps for athena ambulatory non-GA product integrations. Collaborate/Coordinate with internal R+D teams as well as external Vendors and facilitate necessary meetings to drive product prioritization and resolution.
Continually reflect on team operations and processes to identify potential areas of improvement. Conduct and coordinate cross-functional events and meetings to better understand how various tasks are executed and how we as an organization may be able to create more efficient and effective processes.
Bachelor of Arts or Science degree
Experience and/or knowledge of clinic workflows and IT operations a plus
2-3 years of project management experience, including management of technical projects with significant cross functional interdependencies
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to keep track of numerous detail-intensive tasks and ensure their completion and accuracy
