Human Resources Intern (Full-time 40 hours/week)

In the role of Human Resources Intern, you will have the opportunity to integrate academic knowledge and career goals with learning through productive work experiences, focusing on delivering projects, as well as playing a key role in day to day activities. This is an excellent opportunity to gain industry knowledge, receive valuable on-the-job training, and junior Human Resources generalist experience.

Specific Objectives and Responsibilities:   During your internship, you will...
  • Provide HR administration support in a variety of areas, including Benefits, HRIS, Learning & Development, Payroll, and core HR.
  • Own and resolve HR related inquiries from employees and managers.
  • Manage HR SharePoint page on company website.
  • Gain exposure to and experience with managing the full employee life cycle.

Skills & Experience:
  • Be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program with a concentration in Human Resources.
  • Strong customer service orientation; with an ability to timely follow through on issues.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
