Position Overview

ZoomInfo, a DiscoverOrg company, is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our outstanding Waltham, MA team. The HRBP will provide a full range of HR business support to two or more business groups and will consult with executive leaders on organizational design, leadership and employee development, change management, retention, organization effectiveness, and other assignments as needed to support the business.

Responsibilities

  • Will act as a business consultant for ZoomInfo leadership to drive strategic initiatives and organizational development
  • Improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies
  • Develop, coordinate, and ensure execution of contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers
  • Assist international employees with HR matters including immigration and employment authorization
  • Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning
  • Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs
  • Participate in the evaluation and monitoring of success of training programs. Follow-up to ensure training objectives are met
  • Work closely with the talent acquisition team to assess fill performance, quality of hire, and candidate pipeline
  • Work closely with internal L&D and Talent Acquisition teams to identify gaps and train or recruit as needed
  • Communicate forecast changes and hiring needs to talent acquisition teams
  • Provide performance management guidance to line management
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
  • Proven work experience as an HR Business Partner with preferably 5+ years experience in an HR-related field
  • Excellent people management skills and strong business acumen
  • Ability to diagnose and successfully handle organizational development issues
  • Ability to conduct group facilitation, and coach and counsel employees/management at all levels
  • Analytical and goal-oriented
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
  • Thorough knowledge of federal, state and local labor legislation
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
