We have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Business Partner to join the team and help create an infrastructure to support our rapid growth. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a few years of HR experience, who is passionate about the employee experience and wants to develop their HR career with a growing company. Our HR Business Partner will be responsible for new hire orientation and assimilation, recruiting and implementing our new HRIS system. In addition, the HR Business Partner will be involved in employee relations, coaching and performance management counseling. The ideal candidate will help implement HR policies, procedures, and processes that fit our company culture.

What you'll do:

  • Oversee new employee orientation program
  • Assist with implementation and ongoing maintenance of HRIS system
  • Responsible for full life cycle recruitment including working closely with various hiring managers in setting recruitment strategy, candidate sourcing, initial screening, interviewing, reference checking, and selection
  • Consultation to managers and employees in a variety of HR related areas, including organizational development, performance management, recruitment and retention, and compensation
  • Assistance with and respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and benefits issues
  • Identify and implement fun team building and motivational activities to promote company culture
  • Work collaboratively with others to improve the employee and candidate experience

Who you are:

  • 3 - 5 years of Human Resources experience, ideally in a high-growth technology company
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to take a leadership role and desire for responsibility
  • Exceedingly high focus on customer service
  • Exceptional oral, written and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • Excellent judgment and professionalism and ability to interface effectively and collaborate with all levels of an organization
  • Excellent follow-through skills
  • Sense of urgency
  • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information and professional maturity to operate discreetly
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
