Responsibilities:

  • Source new, qualified leads and schedule appointments
  • Maintain a daily average of 5-10 outbound calls
  • Process contracts within 2 hours of receipt (minus exception contracts) while ensuring accuracy and adequacy of all contract data
  • Answer questions about contracts and give recommendations regarding contract documents
  • Create a process for a smooth onboarding process for a new customer
  • Maintain strong coordination skills
  • Act as the primary point of communication for HedgeOPS team & AIFI Customers/Sales
  • Demonstrate a track record of high integrity - doing the right thing, owning mistakes, conducting oneself honestly
  • Communicate and interact with others with high levels of transparency and respect
  • Collaborates well across functions; creates an inspiring and collegial work environment
  • Understand and embody our mission & core values
