Head of Revenue Operations

Localytics is looking for an analytical, versatile, and technically-oriented candidate to run Revenue Operations. The candidate must possess expert knowledge of sales and marketing platforms (i.e. Salesforce, Marketo), go-to-market processes (i.e. lead management, sales stages, demand generation), and analytics from pre-funnel to close, including the ability to communicate strategic proposals and report findings to senior leadership. The Head of Revenue Operations must be comfortable with high-level tactical thinking as well as day-to-day execution towards longer term objectives. The candidate must also be a seasoned internal relationship builder, as this role requires the reconciliation of needs from Finance, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Sales, and Marketing, including the coordination of several teams for go-to-market operations. The ideal candidate is self-driven and excited to have the freedom to build and create complex business infrastructures, welcomes ambiguity as opportunity for improvement, and loves to hang out with co-workers over pool and free beer.


  • Design, implement, and manage sales and marketing processes, including sales and marketing operations and automation, lead management and distribution, sales development, demand generation, and procedures with other secondary stakeholders, adhering to Localytics overall go-to-market approach and constantly striving for increased efficiency and effectiveness

  • Oversee, maintain, and improve sales and marketing technology, including Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, business intelligence platforms, sales enablement software, marketing attribution, and advertising solutions and their integrations

  • Manage relationships with multiple technology and consulting partners, ensuring Localytics requirements are met and deliverables are achieved

  • Analyze and report on all levels of sales and marketing funnels and performance, including sales forecasting and measurement, market and business intelligence, buyer behavior, web analytics, and quarterly business reviews

  • Build and maintain excellent internal relationships with Revenue Operations stakeholders, providing support and innovative solutions to Finance, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Sales, and drive recruiting and team-building efforts for sales and marketing operations when necessary


  • Bachelors in business or related field

  • Minimum of 5-7 years in marketing and/or sales operations role

  • Demonstrated expertise in sales and marketing platforms (i.e. Salesforce, Marketo)

  • Extensive experience in analyzing business performance

  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with senior leadership

  • Team player, positive, and energetic, with relentless drive towards problem solving and process improvement
