You will also collaborate internally across all levels of the organization as well as externally with vendor partners to develop new relationships that are critical to the CVS Health enterprise and MinuteClinic.

Managing, tracking, and updating of a growth portfolio to understand progress towards organizational goals and targets
Supporting teams in Business Case development to understand new business opportunities and developing strategies to implement new products and services
Working cross-functionally to align and reinforce an overall strategic vision that inspires our patients, differentiates us from competition, and strengthens our CVS Health brand.
Supporting the product development process from initial sizing, to business case development and tracking a newly implemented program
Supporting product development work by building Business Cases to understand and size opportunities, setting direction, creating plans, timelines, identifying key milestones, and aligning other stakeholders
Developing and implementing a process for business case generation, working cross-functionally to identify barriers, and producing a templated document that covers all considerations to move forward for MinuteClinic Leadership approval
Partnering with Service Line Owners to track new initiatives from design and development to launch, and develop go-to-market strategies to ensure successful adoption of new service/products at the national and local levels
Actively manage Growth Portfolio as new initiatives begin to populate the annual cycle
- 2+ years of experience in a role that involves strategic problem solving and/or business growth and new product development
- 2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
- 2+ years of Excel and PowerPoint experience
- Project Management experience
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Bachelor's degree required
