  • Provide strategic decision and business planning support to international team
    • Support development of business plans for roll out of new business models in International geographies.
    • Support development of business plans for expansion to new geographies.
    • Support development of 5 Year Plan financials.
    • Support development of financials for potential M&A transactions
    • Develop financial analysis to support key international commercial decisions --- including profitability analysis, cash flow projections, and NPV modeling.
  • Provide strategic decision, business planning, management reporting and overall finance business partner support to new business models, before commercial launch and transition to regions:
    • Ag Finance global business unit
    • Carbon Credits global business unit
    • Grain Quality testing
    • On farm storage
    • Geoinnovation
  • Support the Finance Business Partners colleagues by:
    • Helping with components of projects financial analysis and planning (Debt financing, cash flow forecasting, etc)
    • Providing support to the Monthly Management Reporting Pack (US Marketplace)
    • Providing support to Reporting cube system implementation (New Business models)
  • Understand details and drivers of all the different business models:
    • Develop a deep understanding of the business; attempt to know the business as well as the colleagues you support
    • Maintain knowledge of the budget/forecast to be able to speak to a variety of different crops / strategies / geographies
  • Develop strong partnerships with:
    • Accounting team to align on overall reporting needs and standardized reporting packages, including flux analysis
    • Financial Operations team to optimize the service delivery of standardized reporting


  • Demonstrates strong analytical skills / potential, with strong Excel skills
  • Financial Modeling experience
  • Enjoys working cross-functionally in a positive and team-oriented way whether as a project lead or as a contributor
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-starter and desire to learn and develop skill sets
  • Highly organized and able to multitask
  • Takes ownership in work
  • Strong interest in Indigos mission and helping company to execute to achieve goals


  • 5-7 years of work experience
  • Finance, consulting, private equity, or strategy experience
  • Project Management skill is a plus
  • Agriculture experience is a plus
