This role will be 50% executive assistant support to the CEO, 25% office management and 25% to be determined by you. This can be an opportunity to help shape and build the culture of an early-stage startup and also an opportunity to define your responsibilities within the company.  We’re looking for enthusiasm, energy and passion.


  • Proficiency in G Suite
  • Proficiency in MS Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • 2 years in a professional work environment
  • Experience in a startup (ideal, not required)
  • 1-2 years experience as an EA or Office Manager
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent professional experience


  • Work closely with the CEO on managing schedule and meetings
  • Coordinate travel
  • Oversee office management (including but not limited to receptionist-like activities, managing supplies, office snacks, etc.)
  • Help prepare materials for Board of Directors meetings (e.g. assist in developing and delivering monthly reports and presentations on key performance and business metrics)
  • Participate and/or oversee special projects from initiation through completion
  • Organize in-office company meetings, internal company events (order lunches, set up conference rooms, technology needs, etc.); help plan team outings and holiday events
  • Assist with financial and HR-related tasks (TBD)
  • Manage confidential information properly
  • Assist with other projects as needed (from sales support to research to marketing)

Compensation:     Market Competitive or $45K to $75K
