Account Executives at Salsify are taking our Product Experience Management (PXM) solution to the marketplace! They are responsible for finding and winning new accounts with the most well-known brand manufacturers in the world. The Enterprise team focuses on accounts up to $5b in revenue. We have found that the most successful AEs are masterful story tellers with genuine curiosity and empathy towards how brands are navigating the ever changing e-commerce landscape The sales cycles at Salsify are complex and require developing relationships with decision-makers and influencers at various levels. To navigate these deals, we utilize a MEDDIC** sales methodology. Salsify is experiencing industry leading growth rates. AEs, supported by marketing and BDR team, are tasked with maintaining this trajectory by building a business plan that focuses on new logo acquisition. Beyond high achievers, we want people who want to be here and who have a bias towards action. PXM Evangelists take initiative and follow through to execution. Enterprise Account Executive Success Profile:

  • Spent the last 4 years (or more) exceeding a SaaS sales quota
  • Selling SaaS to business units and key personas that include CMO, VPs, & Directors
  • Navigating complex, multi-year deals with multiple stakeholders over 3-6 months (evangelizing PXM does not happen overnight)
  • Managing a geographical territory with Enterprise accounts up to $5b in revenue
  • Professional Sales training and adherence to a repeatable sales process

  • Base plus commission compensation structure
