As the manager of the Client Events Infrastructure team, you'll be leading the team that builds client-side infrastructure on our three major clients to enable other product teams to understand how their features are used. Your leadership and mentorship will help the team ship critical building blocks that will accelerate and drive the features that get rolled out to Twitter's users.
You'll have an immediate ability to help grow and shape the team and to guide them to execute on high impact projects that are some of the company's top priorities today.
- You have experience managing a team of client engineers
- You have a proven track record of helping ship complex features with cross-team dependencies
- You have a strong focus on growing people's careers through mentorship, guidance, and providing feedback and opportunities
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills
