As an Education Programs Manager for EF Educational Tours, youre going to develop and execute on ideas that help middle school and high school students learn more about themselves and the world, all in the context of life-changing educational tours. The work will be focused on, but not limited to, development of programs, management of tools and resources, as well as contributing to partnerships all to move business forward. Youll round out our Education and Market Insights team and work closely with external partners, product owners, program managers, and cross-functional business stakeholders.
Well be counting on you to:
Guide learning, communicating with students and educators to help them navigate and complete various academic programs
Work quickly and efficiently, prioritize tasks in alignment with strategy
Contribute to the management of our 5 accreditations as a private travel based special purpose school.
Manage traveler accounts, customer communication, and reporting insights and statistics
Be an original thinker who knows how to turn ideas into deliverables
Be comfortable with ambiguity
Be a great multitasker, able to work on different projects with focus, agility, and adaptability.
Keep up with and contribute to trends and innovations in education
Assist in development and implementation of online learning programs (weShare and SNHU college credit) and other educational resources
Be passionate about education and travel

3-5 years experience in the field of education
Experience with educational technology would be great. Time as a classroom teacher would be amazing. Enthusiasm for education is mandatory.
