Bullhorn: Director & Talent Business Partner

As Bullhorns Director, Human Resource Business Partner, you will lead strategy and execution for a functional area of our business to leverage and support our global human capital. You will establish effective partnerships with your global Business Partner, Senior Leaders and Executives, HR Operations, and International HR colleagues to create new programs and foster an incredible work environment. You will also leverage data and helm change management initiatives to drive the organization forward while maintaining strong relationships with employees to ensure that the data aligns with the employee experience. This position will be in our Boston, MA location, but you will visit other offices as necessary.

As a Director, Human Resource Business Partner, a typical day might include:

  • Partnering with our organizations leaders to leverage and support our human capital

  • Spearheading strategic change management initiatives in a fast-paced tech environment

  • Fully owning Employee Engagement, including employee satisfaction and morale, human capital KPIs, workforce planning, succession planning, employee and team performance

  • Helping develop our leaders including providing feedback, solving complex employee relations issues, coaching around difficult conversations, and performance

  • Working with our leaders and employees to create career maps for our employees, including career planning, coaching and counseling

  • Providing strategy with data-driven recommendations

  • Consult on organizational design, compensation, and talent development

  • Managing a Sr. Leader & Human Resource Business Partner

This job might be for you if have:

  • 10+ years of progressive applied experience in HR including global strategy execution and conflict resolution for organizational and Employee Relations issues

  • Background in a fast-paced, high-growth global organization of at least 1,000 full-time employees

  • A strong demonstrated ability to build and drive strategic plans that are both data-driven and actionable

  • Successful experience working with Executives and senior business leaders across regions and cultures

  • Ability to lead through influence and create a positive, inclusive work environment

  • Excellent communication skills that translate to all levels of the business

  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate plans and goals into human resource capabilities needed to achieve results, as well as track eventual results

  • Experience handling HR Business Practices, Organizational Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Performance Management

  • In-depth knowledge of legal requirements (international, federal, and regional employment law) related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring compliance

  • Managed an HR Generalist, Manager, or Senior Leader

  • The ability to travel as needed

Bonus points for:

  • Senior HRBP experience

  • Background in the high-tech or SaaS space

  • Experience in the staffing industry
