Profitero is at the forefront of the eCommerce revolution, providing brand manufacturers with measurement and analytics that help them optimize their sales & profitability on Amazon, Walmart.com and other leading eCommerce sites. After raising $20 million in series B funding in April, Profitero is adding some newly created key positions including a Director of Strategic Partnerships.

Who you are:

  • You have 6-8 years of Business Development, Corporate Development, and/or Partner Development experience
  • You have experience with enterprise B2B applications that feature data, analytics, & insights
  • You have driven partnerships with retailers, data, and technology providers along with consultants/agencies
  • You have both U.S. & Global experience (in particular U.S., EMEA and APAC)
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit with obsession for collaborating, learning, improving, and producing results
  • You have a high “do to say ratio” and value “achievement over activity”

What you’ll do:

  • Define and evolve the picture of success for Profitero’s open commerce ecosystem, working closely with the head of product, CEO and other members of the executive team
  • Initiate, negotiate and sustain relationships with strategic partners in Profitero’s ecosystem of data, technology, and agency partners
  • Present the company’s capabilities, demo the product, present to partner teams, articulate value prop, understand potential areas of alignment

What you’re good at:

  • Relationships (both with new + existing leading eCommerce retailers and solution providers)
  • Understanding the MarTech landscape and general ecosystem of SaaS Platforms and Partners in the space

It would be nice if you had: 

  • Direct experience with cooperative data business models
