As the Director of Sales Operations, you will be part of a highly dynamic team supporting the growth of Cybereason. This is a key role, partnering directly with key leaders in Sales, Marketing and Finance to support the rapid growth the company is experiencing and provide leadership on critical strategic, organizational and operational projects designed to increase revenue, sales productivity and operational efficiency.

You will be responsible for conducting business planning process to measure performance, keep accurate sales ops records, help modify existing sales operations processes, create budgets and allocate resources to reach sales operations goals. You will also be in charge of providing strategic sales planning, forecasting at regular intervals, analyzing all sales operations, and modifying them to make them more efficient without sacrificing effectiveness and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team that develop key sales analytics, create and maintain executive reports, enhance our sales processes and CRM tools, and support the strategic goals of our teams while also contributing individually to the business
  • Improve efficiency for the sales organization by establishing processes, policies, change management protocol, business requirements, and data governance to ensure effective and scalable sales processes
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives collaborating with Sales, Channels, Marketing and Finance. Collaborate regularly with finance to drive data quality initiatives ensuring that all sales order data is clean and accurate
  • Refine key performance metrics and dashboards to provide visibility to sales leadership; regularly provide key business insights and recommendations for improvement to executives
  • Regularly lead contributions to executive level presentations and data requests
  • Evaluate, implement, and manage all sales tools and technologies complementary to our CRM (Salesforce)
  • Drive special projects that aim to improve data quality, replace manual reporting through automation

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations leadership and management
  • Excellent analytical, business intelligence and project management skills
  • Expertise in Salesforce and the Salesforce ecosystem and other sales related software and tools
  • Demonstrated focus on being able to translate data and metrics into predictable business insights and compelling presentations
  • Proven leadership and facilitation of cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with Finance and Marketing
  • Excellent verbal, written, and communications skills, particularly to senior executives
  • BS or BA degree required, MBA is a plus
  • Strong financial background preferred
  • Experience building a team of sales ops and financial analysts
