Your role

  • Lead and grow a team of Inside Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales goals
  • Drive execution of sales strategies across the inside sales team, ensuring processes and metrics are in place to achieve Yottaa’s growth plan
  • Play an active part in the sales processes of your team, approaching the role with a lead from the front perspective
  • Analyze, present and act on operational metrics such as forecast, pipeline, and close rate
  • Build a world-class Inside Sales organization. Recruit and develop top sales talent, and apply leading-edge methodologies and tools for B2B technology outbound prospecting
  • Build a culture that inspires achievement and growth
  • Leverage highly collaborative relationships with internal teams, establishing a culture that inspires achievement and impact for the entire Yottaa team

Requirements

  • 3+ years directly leading an enterprise SAAS inside sales team
  • 5+ years in SAAS sales with individual quota and as a sales leader
  • Consistent track record of achievement throughout sales leadership career
  • Proven success as a quota carrying sales person and exceptional deal closer
  • Team builder and motivator with a passion for coaching and developing sales skills
  • Knowledge of B2B technology inside sales process and technologies, particularly salesforce.com and Outreach
  • Relentlessly data driven;
  • Passionate for learning and testing new ideas with an agile approach
  • Strong ability to communicate externally with customers and internally with all levels of the organization verbally and written
