About the Role:

  • Lead people programs, processes, and policies in talent management, leadership development, workforce planning, engagement, employee relations, and compensation planning and analysis for the Engineering, Product Management, Data Science and G&A teams
  • Drive a culture of performance and results within high energy fast-paced environment
  • Effectively manage cultural and organizational nuances and build credibility with leaders, managers, and employees
  • Drive initiatives to continuously monitor and improve employee engagement (i.e. solicit frequent and measurable feedback, and provide outlets for internal employee interactions) and provides management with recommendations for improvement
  • Works strategically with business leaders to proactively drive decision-making for the people initiatives within their business
  • Provide people-focus to managers and leaders by ensuring high-quality performance management with timely assessments, development plans for key contributors and proactive improvement programs.
  • Coaches managers and employees with various concerns, either specific work-related issues or personal issues affecting work or job performance
  • Collaborate and provide counsel regarding compensation issues, evaluating new positions, job descriptions, salary adjustments, promotions, and transfers
  • Partner with Finance and Legal to ensure alignment on programs and workflow

About You:

  • Bachelors degree with at least 7 years of experience in HR within rapidly growing technology companies
  • Extensive HR experience working with technical functions both domestically and internationally (i.e. EMEA and APAC)
  • Strong understanding of best practices in Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Compensation, Legal Compliance, and Benefits,
  • Ability to function well independently, demonstrate ownership and self-sufficiency for project management
  • Enjoy managing multiple competing priorities and duties in a fast-paced, results-driven, rapidly changing environment
  • Proven ability to partner with business leaders to successfully drive company initiatives
  • Must be a team player, have a can-do attitude and be able to forge great relationships both within and outside the HR team
  • Strong influencer and communicator at all levels of the organization
  • Experience leading or working in HR operations a plus
