Profitero is looking to hire a Demand Generation Director, who will play an integral role in the future growth of the company. This highly-visible and highly-valued role will ultimately be accountable for driving business leads for our sales teams using a mix of channels and digital tactics. This a job for someone who has a “doer” mentality and who can implement tactics in addition to devising strategies.

Roles & responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute and maintain a demand generation plan and strategy to achieve MQLs and pipeline generation goals 
  • Work closely with the Content Marketing team to identify content campaigns and assets to achieve lead goals  
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across all digital channels – email, social media advertising, paid search, SEO, video (Youtube), retargeting platforms
  • Implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to generate leads at high-priority accounts 
  • Design and manage marketing nurture campaigns to advance prospects through the buyer’s journey and help further qualify leads for sales  
  • Optimize critical conversion pages on the company website 
  • Measure, analyze, and report performance – at an overall demand gen KPI level and at a campaign level – and provide monthly reports to senior management 
  • Design and manage the lead follow-up process for all campaigns and track program performance
  • Keep the BDR / sales team updated on the campaign calendar and ensure they have tools they need to support promotion / follow up 
  • Manage the creation of all landing pages, emails and collateral need for campaigns 
  • Manage advertising & promotion budget, constantly seeking ways to lower cost per lead 
  • Manage Marketo and integration with SalesForce.com 
  • Manage 1 direct report (marketing campaign coordinator)

Qualifications & essential skills:

  • 5-8 years of digital marketing and demand generation experience, with specific focus on planning and managing B2B demand generation programs using email marketing and marketing automation
  • Strong understanding of the entire email marketing journey at a strategic and technical level
  • Experience and proficiency with Marketo required. 
  • Experience and proficiency with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Linked in, Facebook, Ad Roll, Criteo)
  • Experience and proficiency with webinar / virtual event technology (Zoom, ON24)
  • Analytical individual who is comfortable tracking and reporting on campaign performance metrics, revenue attribution, revenue influence, ROI and other key metrics
  • Familiarity with GDPR compliance regulations 
  • Bachelor’s degree
