We are looking for an experienced growth leader to lead the Account Based Marketing Team - - including a team of six managers as they execute an account-based marketing (ABM) approach to creating new business pipeline through Demand Generation programs. Your primary role is to identify growth opportunities within our target accounts and execute collaborative campaigns with our Inside Sales Development Team and Account Executives that accelerate pipeline development, improve our closed/won rates and reduce the average days from opportunity creation to close. You will have deep expertise in designing double-digit growth strategies for B2B SaaS companies and have a passion for building pipeline and winning clients through Best-In-Class highly-personalized brand experiences. As a data-driven marketer, you will constantly assess campaign performance and look for ways to optimize team performance and resource utilization. This position will report to the Senior Director of Marketing and be based in Boston.

What Youll Do:

  • Define the model for B2B account-based marketing and how Seismic will achieve growth targets moving forward
  • Own the ABM Playbook - the blueprint for our new business growth strategy
  • Build strong and trusted relationships with the Sales and Sales Development Team leaders
  • Measure and motivate team performance against opportunity targets on an annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly basis, using engagement data to predict achievement of targets
  • Collaborate effectively between the Creative team, Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, Sales and Inside Sales Development Teams to perfect the ABM programs that will be used to drive opportunity creation and accelerate deal velocity through the pipeline
  • Drive and optimize activities, creating templates that align to vertical, persona and account-based marketing strategies
  • Rapidly test and scale new ideas to constantly evolve and continue high growth performance
  • Collaborate with global leaders to analyze global performance, share learnings, consistently report through dashboards and QBRs and optimize for scale
  • Review all ABM plays to ensure alignment with our brand standards for content, tone, differentiation and overall experience
  • Develop a deep understanding of current and future target accounts and personas, analyzing tier performance and cost per lead and influencing account strategies
  • Oversee and forecast budgets to help identify opportunities to shift budget to higher converting tactics
  • Continuously challenge the team to develop new ideas, identify areas for improvement and present results and opportunities to deliver on targets

What Were Looking For:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience 8+ years of experience in marketing, communications and project management, with at least 5 years in a demand generation role
  • 5+ years of leadership/management experience
  • Expert in executing one-to-one top-of-funnel and middle-of funnel growth strategies
  • Strong financial management and analysis skills
  • Experience with content management systems, marketing automation software and prospecting platforms
  • Ability to respond quickly to changing business needs while completing quality projects with multiple stakeholders on time
  • Genuine curiosityand a strong desire to continuously learn and grow
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth and collaborative environment
  • Excellent people skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and agencies
