The Digital Strategist Site Optimization will be responsible for accelerating the pace of digital innovation at CVS Health with high-impact, actionable tests. This individual will oversee the ideation and planning of our A/B and MVT testing strategies and manage end-to-end test execution. He/she will construct tests to optimize experiences across channels and provide data-driven recommendations that are critical to improving the customer experience. This is role will involve site optimization, strategic thinking, test management, cross-functional collaboration, and data analysis.
-3+ years experience in testing and optimization with a solid understanding of testing methodologies
-1+ year experience with web testing platforms, such as Monetate, Adobe Target, Optimizely
-Comprehensive experience with web analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Webtrends, Google Analytics or other reporting platforms
-Solid understanding of statistical concepts
-Digital experience within a Healthcare or e-commerce organization
-Strong communication and presentation skills
-Ability to prioritize and adhere to deadlines while managing multiple projects and complex processes
-Strengths in structured and logical thinking, problem solving, issue resolution, and attention to detail.
-Exceptional problem-solving skills, with an ability to influence and negotiate with peers, cross-functional partners and senior leaders.
