The role of the Digital Manager as part of the Global Digital Brand team is to drive Indigos website strategy with the objective of creating a best-in-class digital experience as the external manifestation of the Indigo brand and business. The role of Digital Manager blends creative with data and will:

Responsibilities:

Learn Indigos brand voice and guidelines to be able to effectively evaluate digital designs

  • Be an ongoing proponent of digital creative and functional trends to ensure a best-in-class experience

Own website page development projects from brief through launch, including requirement and content gathering, steering design and development, and overseeing agency process

  • Fully understand site map and status of all current landing pages across IndigoAg.com and related domains as well as upcoming roadmap of site projects across IndigoAg.com
  • Become a known internal owner of website-related requests with an established intake process
  • Manage and continually improving upon our website template guidelines and specifications
  • Be fully trained on site updates across all existing functionality

Become a strong support to the digital and marketing team on brand and product campaigns

  • Establish working relationship with analytics function and determine cadence of website-related reports

Develop process for launching new international market websites and ongoing requests/communication

Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years digital experience
  • Versatile knowledge of website strategy and maintenance including UX, UI, SEO, and content management
  • Experience managing website for a brand, institution, or program
  • Clear understanding of web management compliance standards including GDPR, accessibility, etc.
  • Proven track record of managing process of web page or site creation from wireframes and designs through development and go-live
  • Basic to intermediate graphic design skills
  • Experience working with Hubspot and Marketo preferred
