Job Description

As the Diabetes Transformation Advisor, you will report directly to a Senior Manager of Expanded DME. The Diabetes Transformation Advisor will be responsible for developing and executing our program strategy and tactics around DME offerings for patients with diabetes. As part of the DME team, you will create, pilot, and scale innovative continuous glucose monitor (CGM), insulin pump, and diabetes DME programs in collaboration with a diverse set of internal and external partners.

The position is an exciting opportunity to work across the CVS Health enterprise to transform the patient experience and better support diabetic patients. The role will suit someone with extensive retail pharmacy experience, strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, analytical skills, and a real passion for delivering results and helping others.

Additional responsibilities of the Diabetes Transformation Advisor include:
Operationalize pilots, mini-tests, and store communication for new, major programs and services to reinforce a strategic vision that inspires our customers, differentiates us from competition, and strengthens our CVS Health brand
Collaborate with colleagues from MinuteClinic, Aetna, Retail Pharmacy and other CVS Health business units to identify synergies and partnership opportunities to improve the customer experience for patients with diabetes.
Support partnerships with the American Diabetes Association, device manufacturers, and diabetes start-ups to integrate care and increase awareness of CGMs and disposable insulin pumps among the healthcare and diabetic communities.
Design solutions which leverage digital health and mobile health capabilities to better educate patients, optimize device usage, and improve outcomes
Set the strategy to expand successful pilots and scale them across the CVS enterprise, collaborating with internal and external partners to test, execute and implement the scaled programs.
Align leadership on findings from pilots/mini-tests and provide updates on new programs being tested and implemented.
Support analytics and reporting efforts to aid the ongoing development process, whether it is for the initial sizing of a business case or tracking a newly implemented program.

Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience with in-store retail pharmacy workflow

Preferred Qualifications
Licensed Pharmacist
Familiarity with MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with Durable Medical Equipment
Digital health or mobile health experience
Passion for the diabetes space and helping patients manage their diabetes
Strong RxConnect skills and understanding of retail pharmacy workflow
Ability to challenge the status quo and design new programs to benefit patients
Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally and with internal and external partners
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneous
Strong communication (written and oral) skills

Bachelor's Degree required
