As a Diabetes Innovation Strategy Advisor, you will be reporting to a Senior Manager of Expanded DME. As a Diabetes Innovation Strategy Advisor, you will be responsible for developing and executing our program strategy around continuous glucose monitors (CGMs) and insulin pumps. As part of the DME team, you will collaborate with a diverse set of internal and external partners to understand patient needs, ultimately designing and piloting solutions to better service patients with diabetes.

Additional responsibilities of the Diabetes Innovation Strategy Advisor role include:
Create a 3-year roadmap for CVS Health in the insulin pump space which addresses patient, provider, and colleague needs, reinforces our strategic vision, differentiates us from competition, and strengthens our CVS Health brand.
Collaborate with colleagues from MinuteClinic, Aetna, Retail Pharmacy and other CVS Health business units to identify synergies and partnership opportunities to improve the customer experience for patients with diabetes
Support partnerships with the American Diabetes Association, device manufacturers, and Diabetes start-ups to integrate care and increase awareness of CGMs and insulin pumps among the healthcare and diabetic communities.
Operationalize pilots and mini tests to validate the feasibility of CVS Healths insulin pump strategy, adjusting and pivoting the strategy as needed. Expand successful pilots and scale to chain, collaborating with internal and external partners to test, execute and implement the scaled program.
Create programs which increase awareness of CVSs capabilities around diabetes and insulin pumps among the healthcare and diabetic communities.
Monitor the effectiveness of CVS Healths insulin pump strategy, align leaders on progress, and provide updates on the new programs being tested and implemented.
Support analytics and reporting efforts to aid the ongoing development process, whether it is for the initial sizing of a business case or tracking a newly implemented program.
2+ years of experience using qualitative and quantitative data to create strategy recommendations and create business cases
2+ years of experience translating ideas into action in a retail or healthcare setting
Experience with Durable Medical Equipment
Knowledge of diabetes and insulin pumps
Experience working with medical billing, health plans, and/or health insurance
Passion for the diabetes space and helping patients manage diabetes
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and with internal and external partners
Ability to work independently while managing multiple competing priorities
Strong communication (written and oral) skills
Technical experience in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Bachelor's Degree required
