The DUST Identity Marketing team is growing, and we’re looking for marketing and communications professionals who want to help build a brand from its infancy. Responsibilities

  • Create and lead all aspects of the demand-gen strategy (message development, targeting, execution, and metrics reporting) with the support of Head of Marketing and Sales team

  • Co-lead content marketing strategy and develop a deep understanding of key audiences

  • Manage drip and nurture campaigns, assets and workflows to grow pipeline

  • Assist with digital marketing initiatives from strategic development to execution; includes social media, email marketing, website content / management 

  • Contribute to the development, management and analysis of Marketing KPI's for all demand generation programs; lead reporting of business drivers (e.g. lead-to-sales conversion rates, campaign ROI and trends)

  • Grow the pipeline for DUST Identity and support pipeline conversion

  • Influence DUST Identity’s presence at industry conferences and field marketing events

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4-6 years experience in B2B demand-generation marketing; including lead acquisition and full lifecycle marketing campaigns

  • A proven track record of executing demand generation programs that drive growth

  • A data-driven approach to customize marketing assets and enhance campaigns, website and landing page conversion paths

  • Expertise in marketing automation and CRM tools

  • Self-motivated with energy, drive and the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience in infosecurity / cybersecurity industry

  • Experience with ABM 

  • Familiar with Hubspot
