As a customer-facing member of the Professional Services team, you’ll use your technical knowledge and client management skills to provide custom reporting and insights to make our customers successful. You’ll work closely with project managers, software engineers, account owners and sales engineering to unpack technical requirements, estimate work effort, and deliver impactful solutions to our customers. 
  What you’ll do:
  • Develop, implement and deliver sales and marketing analytics reporting using InsightSquared’s powerful BI platform
  • Unpack customer business objectives and measurement strategies and translate them into technical requirements 
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers and other members of the Professional Services team to scope and estimate technology approaches that solve for customers’ requirements
  • Interface directly with customers as a primary contact throughout all phases of the project lifecycle: from kickoff to milestone delivery to closure.
  • Focus on driving customer satisfaction and meet 70% utilization target 
  Required Skills & Experience: 
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical/analytics-focused role
  • Experience producing reports using data visualization and/or BI tools 
  • Proficient with writing SQL queries to extract data for analysis; experience with Python, JavaScript and data APIs preferred
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies/disciplines, digital marketing strategies, or both
  • Customer oriented, and experienced in building client relationships
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  Desired Skills & Experience: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical/quantitative field 
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Hubspot, Pardot, Eloqua) is a huge plus
  • Experience with ETL (Extraction Transform Load) services
  • Genuine curiosity, and passion for solving business challenges
