Overview

ZoomInfo is looking for a self-motivated, detail oriented member to join our Provisioning and User Management team to ensure new and existing business clients are set up to use our platform successfully. You will actively work with members of our sales and finance teams to confirm that services have been paid for and to ensure clients are set up with their desired products and correct level of access. The majority of the communication in this role is done via email, so clear and concise communication is a huge plus! Come join us on the front lines of our fast-growing company!

Responsibilities

• Set up new business clients with access to the ZoomInfo platform
• Ensure clients receive platform access that is specified in contract
• Work closely with finance team for payment verification
• Assist the Customer Support team in resolving technical issues that our clients encounter with the ZoomInfo product and platform
