The Job:

• Support users in learning the ins and outs of 3D printing
• Act as the first point of contact for prospective and returning customers, answering their questions or routing them to the appropriate channels
• Become an expert in the product, service, and sales process
• Keep customers ridiculously happy
• Print in 3D to your hearts content

You:

• Love to make your customers day by not only answering their question but also anticipating those to come
• Can communicate with grace without being face to face with users
• Easily make friends with new technology (and your human friends make you fix theirs)
• Are not afraid of long to-do lists
• Have a knack for problem solving and getting to the bottom of things
• Excited about learning and always want to know more

Bonus Skills (Optional): 

• Experience providing support for hardware products
• Familiarity with ticket or case management systems (Service Cloud)
• Background or education in engineering, design, or the sciences
• Experience with 3D modeling, printing and digital fabrication
