Shoobx is looking for an energetic, hard-working individual to join our client service team as a Customer Support Manager. This role will have primary responsibility for how we support clients using our platform - through support tickets, our self-help library, and other educational materials. You will have the opportunity to define and refine our processes for these activities, ensuring that our clients consistently get support that is friendly, effective, and efficient.
You will be responsible for responding to customer support requests, troubleshooting and consulting on technical issues, and working with our developers to solve problems, while overseeing junior members of the team as well. Additional responsibilities include managing client relationships to help them accomplish their goals using the Shoobx platform. This role will also provide opportunities to contribute to other initiatives our client service team undertakes.
In order to excel in this role, a candidate needs excellent communication and relationship management skills, an ability to keep multiple projects organized and moving forward, and a willingness to dive in and learn new things. A passion for startups helps too! This individual should be friendly, tech-savvy, and interested in working with both startup clients and collaborating with our internal technical team to solve client problems. Ideally candidates will have some experience supporting customers in a technology company or startup environment. No legal experience or technical experience is required, just an appetite to learn!
