As the first line of contact with our customers, you'll play a key role in ensuring their success using Salsify, and you'll also be a critical voice within Salsify as we strive to continually improve our product, our service, and our role as trusted advisors within the industry. Successful support engineers at Salsify develop and maintain a deep understanding of both the Salsify platform and our customers' specific needs, know when to ask questions, arent afraid of picking up the phone to dive into an issue with a user, and take pride in working with everyone else at Salsify to deliver on our Product Experience Management vision.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Create rabid customer evangelists through a stellar support experience combining kindness, expertise, integrity, and responsiveness
  • Triage, research, and understand the causes, impact, and priority of incoming issues
  • Come up with solutions to unique customer problems
  • Provide insight into common stumbling blocks and frequently requested enhancements to our product and engineering teams
  • Recommend or implement enhancements to our internal and external knowledge bases, and improvements to our tools and processes

You Have:

  • 1-2+ years experience in customer-facing, problem-solving positions in SaaS companies
  • You can clearly and thoughtfully explain new concepts to diverse audiences, in writing and verbally
  • A thirst for knowledge and a desire to teach others - we care more about your ability to learn than pre existing knowledge
  • You are organized and detail-oriented; you confidently juggle many ongoing activities
  • Excel formula experience a plus - youre comfortable transforming data and manipulating various data types
