What you’ll do:
The Customer Success Associate will be responsible for supporting the Customer Success team at Profitero, directly under our Customer Support Managers. They will play a critical role in the day-to-day support for our clients.
- Daily support to Customer Support Managers and Account Managers - getting insight into client desires and helping with deliverables
- Branding Enhancements - support and QA our automated tools for branding processes in order to align client expectations with Profitero results
- Product Categorization - assist clients in seeing the best view of their own product categories, align with their evolving needs
- Cross Functional Conversations - work with Product, Strategy and Insights, and Customer Deployment teams to find the most pressing needs for our clients and current technical challenges
- Building Product Portfolios - assist Customer Support Managers in helping to strengthen client marketplace perspective
What you’re good at:
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel and G-Suite
- Detail oriented and methodical
- Strong interest in e-commerce space
- Fast learner
- Team player
- Great communication skills
- Loves a challenge
