The Customer Success Representative will be responsible for renewal, adoption and expansion related activities for a high volume, transactional group of customers.. This role is the perfect foundation for someone looking to start or develop their career in customer success in the technology industry. Their focus will be managing renewal transactions, responding to customer and internal inquiries,working with y customers who are not taking full advantage of our solutions and customers who have upsell/cross-sell potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a defined book of business and achieve quarterly and yearly renewal goals

  • Identify and assess customer needs and outcomes to drive success ,engagement and expansion

  • Build customer relationships through regular and interactive communication

  • Work cross departmentally with sales, support, product, engineering, legal, order management and develop strong internal relationships

  • Creatively problem solve and drive resolution of customer issues and challenges

Requirements

  • 1-2 years in a high volume customer success or client services role

  • 4 year college degree

  • A desire to make an impact, learn, grow and work closely with customers

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Customer empathy and desire to help people

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

  • Ability to adapt/respond to different types of customer challenges while influencing outcomes

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • Software/tech experience is a plus
