We are currently the largest provider of automation technology for Amazon Sponsored Products.  We are looking for people who can excel, add value to our mission, and love winning: Our office is located in the heart of Boston’s Innovation District in the Seaport and we have been featured in Venture Fizz: https://venturefizz.com/stories/boston/teikametrics-office-tour-boston   It’s an exciting time to join Teikametrics, as we scale quickly we are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team. The core function of this job requires you to interact with our customers daily, mainly via web conference and email, to help them optimize their Amazon businesses for profitability using our software. In this role, you may also build and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns for fully managed accounts.

To be successful you’ll need to be great at teaching our clients best practices and strategies for using our software,  assessing and proactively managing churn risk and have a passion for clients and technology. We encourage independent thinking and welcome ideas on how we can improve our products and our processes to help us increase our efficiency and improve the user experience.

  Major responsibilities / activities
  • Routine Check-ins with your client list to ensure they understand the software and how to use it to increase their business profitability.
  • Onboard new customers and train them to get the most from our software
  • Assess risk for clients by reviewing reviewing usage and performance metrics
  • Proactively address ‘churn-risk’ situations:  reach out to help if usage is low / results are low, ask for feedback
  • Be the voice of the customer - share product request and feedback to the Product/engineering and advocate for changes that will help your customers
  • Manage upgrade & upsell opportunities within your client list 
  About you
  • 2-5 years experience in a customer success or account management role, ideally at a Saas software company
  • Positive attitude, energetic and empathetic, with a strong desire to help others
  • Self-managed self-starter, confident and accountable for their work
  • Attention to detail with the ability to effectively multitask
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Team-player who is able help others on the team be successful
  • Hungry to be in a challenging environment in a fast growing tech company
  Nice to Have
  • Experience managing pay-per-click Advertising campaigns in common advertising platform, for example, google adwords, facebook, or amazon sponsored products
  • You love learning about the latest online advertising strategies
  • Experience with Salesforce.com
