Overview

SalesEQUITY is seeking a Customer Success Manager who will be responsible for the setting up of newly acquired customers on our SaaS product. The On-Boarding Specialist will work with the customer to scope out business requirements and translate to our software service taking advantage of company-wide resources to gather information, provide solutions, and launch a client on our platform. This team member will have the opportunity to influence all aspects of our customer success program so must possess leadership qualities as we expect this role to expand. Excellent position for someone looking to make an impact and live the start-up life.

Responsibilities

  • Deep understanding of platform as client facing SME
  • Build and execute on client launch plans
  • Maintain and build best practices
  • Work with the Product and Development teams to enhance the client experience
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Partners on Account Planning

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Detail Oriented

  • Must be an Analytical thinker

  • Must like working with clients via phone & email

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or Smartsheets
