Customer Success Coordinator
SUMMARY/PURPOSE: Allego is looking for a curious and passionate professional to work under the direction of and in collaboration with their Customer Success Director to support new customer deployments and ongoing post implementation customer support. CUSTOMER SUCCESS COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES: • Work in partnership with Customer Success Director to support new client implementations and post implementation support • Provision new users and update existing user accounts • Create Allego new customer systems including channels and training content • Deliver training to new and existing customers • Provide customer support via phone and email. • Act as a knowledge expert for the Allego platform • Work in partnership with Customer Success Directors to participate in monthly proactive outreach to assigned clients to review usage, opportunities for use case expansion and new Allego features. • Support achievement of company customer retention goals • Work with Allego Product and Product Development teams to escalate and manage resolution of client issues and problems. • Provide customer support via phone and email. • Manage and track customer interactions via salesforce.com
