Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a results-driven creative marketing manager who can concept and deliver user acquisition campaigns to meet our aggressive growth goals. This role requires collaboration with the design and brand marketing team to build campaign assets and the growth marketing team to set the strategy and execute campaigns.

Responsibilities Include

  • An integral part of our growth marketing initiatives, this role is responsible for executing the creative (copy and design) for acquisition marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with the growth team to concept various campaigns, plan tests, build designs, and apply learnings to future campaigns
  • Organize the inputs, timelines and assets and ensure on-time delivery of each campaign
  • Work with our internal design team and external creative agencies to build on-brand assets that ladder up to the campaign vision
  • Write high converting copy for use in various digital channels – including social media, search ads and new channels
  • Keep the team organized by managing campaign documents, files and performance
  • Work with the team to brainstorm and test new ways effectively reach consumers and drive customer growth
  • Expand the company’s knowledge of acquisition marketing strategies and techniques

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of B2C marketing experience with some of that time focused on finding new customers
  • Deep understanding of the customer acquisition funnel and the mindset of consumers at each point
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must; you must be able to effectively concept and communicate campaign ideas with the designer and rest of the team
  • Have a desire to understand how each of your campaigns performs; you see campaign development as an iterative process that gets stronger with more data
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once to deadlines
  • Project management skills to gather information and approvals from key stakeholders
  • Collaboration skills and a proven ability to influence and work well with others
  • Experience building creative brief documents for designers and agencies
  • Experience creating campaigns for Facebook, Instagram, Adwords
  • Excited about exploring creative for new channels
  • Solid understanding of landing page design and app store page optimization
  • Experience in the mobile app space a plus
  • Strong balance of autonomy and collaboration
  • You must be humble, flexible, and eager to learn in a startup-like environment
