The Corporate Senior Accountant will report to the Senior Manager, Accounting with exposure to the Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer. He/she will be part of a high-performing team and will be expected to lead, take ownership of his/her areas of responsibility and ensure accurate and timely completion of company reporting requirements. This role will provide a variety of opportunities to be visible in the company.

Key activities include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for the global consolidation process including accounting for the impact of foreign exchange rates and elimination of intercompany balances and investment in subsidiaries
  • Review and import trial balances from foreign subsidiaries and reconcile to Oracle ERP
  • Assist with review of monthly financial reporting package from subsidiaries to ensure compliance with corporate policies and appropriateness of results
  • Create intercompany invoicing transactions with foreign subsidiaries and work with Treasury team to ensure timely cash settlement
  • Reconcile intercompany accounts, research and resolve variances with other Accounting team members
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial results and management reports directly from Oracle ERP and related supporting schedules
  • Assist with review of monthly financial reporting package from subsidiaries to ensure compliance with corporate policies and appropriateness of results
  • Perform balance sheet and income statement reviews to ensure entity and consolidated level financials statements are accurate for SOX purposes and provide meaningful explanations for management review
  • Work with regional Finance teams to align accounting policies and procedures globally including use of chart of accounts
  • Work with Treasury team to identify opportunities for economic hedges to minimize fx exposure
  • Manage monthly financial close meetings including monthly and quarterly close calendars
  • Facilitate and support quarterly and annual requests from internal and external auditors
  • Critically review current accounting and reporting processes to identify ways to improve and automate
  • Ensure compliance of key accounting controls for Sarbanes Oxley purposes



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, MSA and CPA preferred
  • 3-5 years of related experience, public accounting or mix of public accounting and industry experience preferred.
  • Solid understanding of US GAAP, including ability to research and form own conclusions.
  • Exposure with Oracle consolidations and strong Excel skills. 
  • Experience with multi-national companies and complex consolidations
