Job description

CyberArk’s Talent Acquisition (TA) team is looking for a full life cycle Corporate Recruiter to join us in Newton, Massachusetts. In this role, you will use strategic researching techniques to create and manage a candidate pipeline for filling roles. You'll partner with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop a sourcing strategy to identify the best talent. You’ll manage the applicant flow, promote employee referrals, and most importantly, use your research skills to uncover hidden talent. Once you identify the best candidates, you will serve as an ambassador and position our employer brand to hire candidates for opportunities. As a Corporate Recruiter, you’ll need to have a record of strategically sourcing highly skilled technical professionals for a suburban location and be equally comfortable with the closing and onboarding process.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Identify potential talent using a variety of innovative sourcing tools, e.g., social media aggregators and platforms; typical roles will include Account Executives, Sales Managers, Technical Advisors, Software and Support Engineers and various support functions
  • Be a story teller and a relationship marketer
  • Proactively market and follow through on potential candidates with hiring managers
  • Manage candidates in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and serve as an internal consultant and advisor to hiring managers from the identification of a need to opening of the position requisition through candidate onboarding
  • Manage employee referrals in collaboration with other candidate sources
  • Become a brand ambassador and interact with organizations, communities, universities and individuals through social media by cultivating followers and engaging them toward CyberArk
  • Identify events and organizations that will enhance CyberArk’s recruitment
  • Investigate new tools and share your knowledge with the team
  • Maintain accurate documentation to ensure compliance with legal and corporate requirements


  • 5+ years Sales recruiting experience, ideally a mix of agency and experience in a high-growth tech company
  • Proven success recruiting in a high-volume environment; ability to manage diverse needs
  • Demonstrated success using recruiting tools, e.g., Boolean search, databases, and social media
  • Interest in and passion for matching talent to their ideal role
  • Solid business insight and broad understanding of current business trends and strategies
  • Interest in building and maintaining relationships
  • Desire to win by using expert negotiation skills, employing value selling strategies, and anticipating objections to result in successful candidate offers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable cold calling and networking
  • Ability to get past roadblocks using creative problem-solving skills and being comfortable in situations of ambiguity or pressure
  • Motivated and goal-oriented; self-driven as well as have the ability to be part of a team
