Are you interested in expanding your audio production and content marketing skills in a fast-paced environment? Are you an enthusiastic, organized, and creative student with big ideas?
Our content marketing team seeks a dedicated and self-driven individual who will play a critical role in the entire podcast-production process, including scheduling, research, recording, editing, publishing, and distribution. You will have a unique opportunity to work closely with top company stakeholders to produce the only podcast for brand manufacturers: Unpacking the Digital Shelf.
Gain experience creating written content to support content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, email copy, and more. In this role, you will also gain an understanding of copy editing, copywriting, website best practices, analytics, search engine optimization (SEO), and digital campaigns.
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Play a critical role in the entire podcast-production process
- Work closely with top company stakeholders to move campaigns forward
- Move creative projects forward for a new brand channel
- Support content marketing initiatives while learning new skills
You'll Enjoy This Role If You Have:
- Experience using audio recording equipment
- Experience with audio- and video-editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Audition)
- Excellent communication skills, including writing, interviewing, and presenting
- Interest in copywriting and copy editing
- Strong task-management and organizational skills
- Outstanding problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Bonus: Familiarity with the AP Stylebook
- Full-time availability to work starting in January 2020 through June 2020
