Commercial/Multi Residential Project Manager

Renoviso is a rapidly growing, Boston-based, startup with an ambitious vision to completely transform how homeowners and commercial properties complete renovation projects.  We have done 1,400+ residential projects in the last 2 years and we recently launched our commercial division. To support this expansion, we are looking for an eager and intelligent professional to focus on managing our commercial projects.


The position will blend your time between on-site and in-office where you will be hyper-focused on successful project completion and assist in estimating upcoming projects. This person will be charged with overseeing the installation and coordinating scheduling of our projects while working with our sub-contractors. This person will also take on responsibility for building and enhancing relationships with our clients.


The ideal candidate will be ready to roll up their sleeves and provide leadership and oversight into priorities and KPI’s for success. This includes monitoring daily progress for projects including being hands-on visiting customer sites and ensuring that our services are being properly delivered. The position will require you to be comfortable dealing with change, working under tight deadlines, and establishing excellent collaboration across different parts of a startup organization.


Specific responsibilities include:

  • Ensure commercial and multifamily projects are properly completed with daily interaction with our clients

  • Work with our sub-contractors to ensure the scope of work is followed and the project is done to customer satisfaction

  • Help with the growth of new business opportunities and verify product/market fit in your territory.

  • Define, pilot, and rapidly iterate initiatives, with an understanding and strategic view of all internal/external variables.

  • Collaborate with Commercial Division leaders to build, manage and execute strategic plans that align to company priorities and targets.

  • Leverage technology and scalable processes for reporting, communication, and process management.

  • Complete regular reports on activities and drive action plans (i.e. sites visited, contacts made, issues handled, quality checks completed, etc.)

  • Create and track KPIs, analyze ROI and demonstrate direct business impact.



  • 5+ years of relevant experience

  • Strong project management skills

  • Experience in construction space

  • interpersonal skills, glass-half-full mentality

  • Flexibility of mind and a willingness to fight for improvement in process and drive change.

  • Track record of excellence across strategic, operational, and detail-demanding functional responsibilities

  • Excellent communication skills; ability to effectively lead client meetings and presentations

  • Highly organized; ability to multi-task and handle multiple deadlines simultaneously

  • Self-starter attitude and ability to exercise judgment and solve difficult problems without direct supervision


Bonus Points:

  • Strong working knowledge of construction practices and terms.

  • Estimating knowledge

  • Deep connections within the construction, general contractor, sub-contactor, real estate or building trades communities.
