Campaign Coordinator

SessionM is looking for a motivated Campaign Coordinator in our Boston HQ to support a top tier account(s). The ideal candidate will have a strong appetite to quickly develop their client-facing skills, extraordinary attention to detail and a proven aptitude for learning new systems. The SessionM Campaign Coordinator should rapidly become a resident expert on our proprietary loyalty marketing automation platform; enabling them to be responsible for supporting campaign execution with client success as the primary goal.  

You’ll be required to master system capabilities (and limitations) and leverage that knowledge to achieve brand initiatives at scale. An in depth knowledge of clients’ business objectives is critical to maximize program utility, user experience and satisfying delivery requirements.  Providing senior team members tactical support, proactive performance optimizations, flawless deliverables and client-ready insights will be key in the success of this role. 


  • Set up, test, track and optimize client campaigns (including but not limited to behaviors, offers, segments, & messaging (video, display, push, SMS, email etc.))
  • Serve as team trafficking expert & collaborator of brand’s b2c messaging through SessionM's proprietary & partner platforms
  • Monitor performance of campaigns and overall program health
  • Identify trends in engagement and offer senior team member’s purposeful recommendations to achieve program KPIs
  • Accountable for supporting enablement efforts: building module demos, creating training plans/client documentation and leading training sessions when necessary
  • Appropriately escalate bugs, account concerns and requests. Communication & visibility are paramount
  • Offer ongoing suggestions for process improvements
  • Pull and review internal and client facing reporting as necessary
  • Offer creative editorial/campaign calendar suggestions
  • Flexibility to travel often if required by client

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ year(s) professional experience working in a SaaS, brand, or media/agency setting
  • Experience interfacing with clients
  • Comfortable navigating internal bottlenecks and deriving innovative workarounds that scale
  • Analytical thinking; methodical planning. Be able to intuitively weigh tomorrow’s effects of today’s decision
  • A workplace “chameleon;” be able to collaborate alongside cross-functional teams (PMO, engineering, creative, BI, senior account leads etc.)
  • Exemplary attention to detail & solution oriented
  • ESP/push messaging experience preferred (SendGrid, MailChimp, Cheetah, Urban Airship etc.)
