Job Description:

CyberArk Software is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Business Relationship Specialist who will work with partners to identify and build certified integrations that will support our Sales organization.  In addition to working with the partners on integrations, this person will be responsible for coordinating go to market activities to help drive demand.    

 

Responsibilities:

  • Primary focus on expanding our Application Access Manager (AAM) partner base
  • Work with AAM partners from initial interactions through Go-To-Market activities
  • Work with partners to identify new integration opportunities
  • Work with BD team/management to formalize and automate AAM partner engagement, access to development and certification resources and GTM planning
  • Works to maintain a positive relationship with partners
  • Identifies the needs of existing and potential partners and ensures that appropriate support is provided
  • Ensure NDAs and other agreements are executed accurately and on-time
  • Update Salesforce, Confluence and other knowledge platforms regarding business objectives and ensure documentation is accessible
  • Organize meetings for partners, prospects and business development team
  • Collect business concerns, upcoming activities and changing priorities
  • Provide meaningful insight into the Customer business needs and activities

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Excellent listening, organization, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, Confluence and Microsoft Office products
