Lovepop: Business Analyst Intern (spring)

The Business Analyst Intern will support the Operations leadership team in the day-to-day

execution of fulfillment, shipping and customer happiness in pursuit of One Billion Magical

Moments. Additionally, they will act as the liaison across both internal and external teams

including but not limited to; shipping and distribution partners, Happiness, Retail and

Wholesale teams to escalate, track and resolve operational issues, identify future

opportunities and execute assigned process improvement initiatives.

What you'll do here:

  • Help coordinate across carriers, ports, and distribution facilities to ensure on time delivery of product to end consumer
  • Escalate feedback from teams business partners, providing the necessary information to ensure items that arise are escalated, communicated, prioritized and resolved
  • Analyze data to identify issues with deliveries and customer complaints
  • Work with 3rd party partners on developing and maintaining metrics
