The Grommet is seeking an analytically minded self-starter to join The Grommet Wholesale Team as a B2B Marketing Strategist. This role will grow The Grommet Wholesales Retailer and Subscriber base through day-to-day execution and optimization of Acquisition Campaigns as well as optimize revenue for current customers.

The B2B Marketing Strategist will support a wide range of Marketing activities including to varying degrees email campaigns and workflows, SEO, Facebook ad campaigns, Pinterest ad campaigns, search ad campaigns, product feed ads, and other digital acquisition programs.


  • Plan and execute all digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, display advertising, drip, social engagement, direct mail, trade, etc.

  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

  • Develop and execute weekly email strategy for subscribers

  • Create and manage triggered email workflows and automate personal interactions

  • Manage Acquisition Campaigns, identifying efficiency and scaling opportunities, and implementing change

  • Monthly report on Campaign and email performance

  • Coordinate print media ads

  • Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all Wholesale digital marketing campaigns.

  • Manage projects for B2B marketing, by developing content briefs and project plans (e.g. print catalogs).

Desired Skills & Experiences

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience

  • Marketo Certified Expert

  • Previous experience with customer acquisition via SEO, Google Adwords, Google Analytics,

  • Highly analytical and comfortable making data-driven decisions.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing or relevant job experience.

  • A quick learner who can easily adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • A master multi-tasker, capable of juggling multiple responsibilities.

  • 1-2 years experience in an e-commerce environment preferred
