What it’s all about: ClimaCell’s mission is to map all of the weather data in the world and make it actionable for everyone. We’re building the ultimate Microweather engine by pioneering the use of new weather sensing technologies.
As the Enterprise Marketing Director you will bring the Microweather revolution promise to large corporates across geographics and segments and help them gain benefits from hyper-local & hyper-accurate weather forecasts.
What you will do?
Drive demand for ClimaCell’s B2B products (Dashboards and API) and help retain/grow existing clients. Building demand generation to acquisition funnel (together with sales and customer success teams) and activities that position ClimaCell as trusted partners of top corporates and the meteorological community. 
 
  • Full ownership of enterprise and science marketing domain. Responsible for execution according to plan in order to meet the company annual strategy and targets.
  • Product marketing: work closely with product team and help to prioritize development based on user and market research. 
  • Brand & messaging: define clear branding and messaging strategy for priority segments based on deep understanding of the market, the technology and close connection with customers. 
  • Budget, targets and planning: develop detailed marketing plan and forecast (monthly/quarterly/yearly)  including budget allocation per channel, expected impact, ROI (tROI) and testing plan. 
  • Marketing Assets:  develop marketing assets/creative including websites, landing pages, content (articles, one pagers, case studies, videos), emails and offline presence.
  • Demand generation & acquisition - develop and grow different marketing channels (online and offline channels) and setup support and sales function for different segment
  Are you the right person? 
We are looking for experienced enterprise marketer who has the passion to disrupt industries by introducing new technologies. A person that can serve as the customer evangelist among product teams and as product evangelist among customers.  Requirements:
  • +5 year  experience in enterprise sales/marketing 
  • Experience bringing a disruptive, new SaaS and/or API technology to market
  • Demonstrated ability to work x-functionally with sales and product organizations
  • Proven track record of building end to end marketing funnel
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of tracking & measurement

  • Weather Geek :) Passionate about weather and tech
  • MBA is a plus
