As an Associate Project Manager on the Global Marketing Operations team, you have a demonstrated experience in both linguistic and technical aspects of Localization. You are comfortable with a fast-paced work environment, you can work autonomously, and can manage to fixed-date delivery schedules. This role offers a unique opportunity to work cross functionally to drive localization efforts behind physical and digital product launches from start to finish. What you will do:

  • Manage multiple various localization projects at the same time, including grooming requests from internal stakeholders, identifying and bridging gaps, tracking deadlines and driving projects to completion
  • Work with internal customers and external agencies to ensure clear communication and status updates throughout the life of a project
  • Manage project finances, call out cross-project dependencies and prevent risks
  • Track root cause analysis of reported issues and setting preventative actions in place
  • Actively engage with internal stakeholders to educate them on localization methodologies and best options for their needs
  • Evangelize the established technology while keeping an open line of communication with the regional partners
  • Meet and exceed regional experience expectations

To be successful you will have:

  • A strong sense of urgency and accountability; and be a self-starter who consistently sets high standards for themselves, the team and the work delivered
  • An ability to develop trusted relationships with internal stakeholders around the globe
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a passion for languages
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Great attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience managing projects with multiple languages at the same time
  • Experience with transcreation and multimedia projects, including TVC
  • A consistent "can do" attitude and ability to act quickly to rally individuals and teams around a common vision
  • Knowledge of a foreign language is a plus


  • 2+ years of experience as Localization Project Manager
  • Bachelors Degree, preferably in Localization, Education, Linguistics, or equivalent
  • Proficiency in translation management tools
  • Hands-on experience with translation memories, glossary management and localization file formats
