As part of this journey, we are seeking bright, entrepreneurial leaders to help us drive initiatives related to our most strategic operations, product, and technology topics that will propel Wayfair from $5B to $10B and beyond.

We are looking for a product leader who can create a product strategy around our talent management technology and then execute it with a talented team of engineers and product managers. Youll have the opportunity to shape a new employee experience that makes it easier for every single employee to be more productive in their current job, be rewarded for what they do and develop towards their future. In addition, youll define the technology that supports many of our talent processes from headcount planning, compensation, learning, development and promotions. With Wayfairs consistent ~50% YOY growth, youll also play a key role in supporting a new onboarding process and set of tools that positively impact our new hires.

Successful candidates will be able to collaboratively brainstorm new processes & ideas and turn them into a vision with a plan to execute. We welcome applications from diverse backgrounds and experiences (e.g. corporate, professional services, retail, consulting, or high complexity B2B markets). Experience with HR/human capital management systems or employee productivity tools a plus.


  • Define a technology strategy for talent management initiatives such as learning, workforce planning, new hire experience and employee experience
  • Build, develop, and lead a high performing product team who will leverage data to highlight opportunity areas and turn them into products
  • Partner with our talent/HR team and other stakeholders to drive impactful people initiatives
  • Lead monthly, quarterly and annual planning and prioritization process
  • Deliver value quickly through fast iteration and measurement until you get it right
  • Communicate performance metrics to key executive stakeholders throughout the organization
  • Serve as subject matter expert in talent within R+D to support ongoing cross-functional initiatives


  • 5-10+ years' experience in product management, business analysis & technology implementation
  • Demonstrated track record of successful management of product development execution from vision, to deployment, and ongoing impact optimization
  • Demonstrated success in aligning vision and execution across different functional organizations in highly matrixed environments
  • Effective results in building and transforming product management teams
  • Development and delivery of solutions in highly technical and quantitative domains
