As the Administrative Assistant, you will manage schedule and calendars to help drive successful productivity for our Executive team.

Provide high touch, proactive support to executive team: CEO, President & CFO, CRO, CMO; among others
Coordinate and book travel for both internal and external meetings/events; troubleshooting travel issues and working with members of team to rebook if necessary
Maintain executive calendars and ensure team stays on task
Prepare expense reports, track credit card and other receipts according to company policies
Help Office Manager plan, organize and set up company outings and/or events
Prioritize tasks in a logical manner while also multitasking
Occasionally greet visitors at front desk
3+ years experience administrative support, ideally within a fast-paced tech company
Operate with a high level of confidentiality and be a trusted member of the team
Sense of urgency
Handle all tasks and ad hoc requests with a customer service approach
Ability and willingness to provide support outside normal business hours
