SS&C Eze is currently seeking a motivated and energetic Accounts Receivable Manager to join our Team. As the Accounts Receivable Manager at SS&C Eze, you will be primarily responsible for managing the Accounts Receivable function, including billing, collections, general ledger entries, and reporting. This role requires extensive interaction and coordination with multiple teams within Eze, as well as external parties. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, self-directed and team-oriented leader with strong billing and collections experience.
Day to Day
- Manage Accounts Receivable team to ensure timely and accurate billing and collections
- Supervise and mentor Accounts Receivable staff
- Review monthly journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist with domestic and international audit requests
- Collaborate with Legal and Client Service Managers regarding customer inquiries
- Support management on collections reporting
- Adhere to Sarbanes-Oxley for Billing controls
- Work with various teams on ad-hoc projects
Minimum Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of accounts receivable and collections experience
- Team player; comfortable operating within a dynamic, complex organizational structure and able to be flexible and collaborate with team on different project and needs
- Demonstrates analytical abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
- Readiness to embrace and successfully drive/implement change, with ability to apply practical solutions and navigate through ambiguity
- WorkDay Financials experience a plus
